CIDB Registration
Under the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board Act 1994 (Act 520), all construction personnel are required to be registered with the Board and possess a valid registration certificate issued by the Board. Failure to comply may result in penalties.
MOF Registration
Pursuant to Section 25 of Act 520 (Amendment 2011), all contractors—local or foreign—are required to register with the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) before commencing or completing any construction work in Malaysia.

Why Need Register CIDB
